Tool Voucher Program

The Harrison Neighborhood Association offers up to $500 of free tool rental for home rehab work. This is a great program for do-it-yourselfers. You must first come to HNA's office and fill out a Tool Voucher Form. Tools can only be rented after you have received a Tool Voucher from the HNA office.
